Swatch and Review: Zoya Rekha
Hi everyone, today I have a swatch and review of the first color in the new Zoya Designer Collection, Zoya Rekha. It’s a beautiful red color and for some reason the photographs made it look like the polish has hints of orange, but in person there is nothing of the sort.
Rekha is part of the new Designer collection. It is described by Zoya as a “Blood red cream” and is a custom shade by Bibhu Mohapatra.
Here is some info from Zoya’s website:
Color Family: Red
Color Finish: Creams
Color Intensity: 5 ( 1=Sheer – 5=Opaque )
Color Tone: Cool
As always with Zoya the finish is beautiful and it applies like a dream. The polish is also completely opaque.
I would describe the color as a dark, but bright red with a cream finish.
Pros:
- Finish is smooth and creamy
- Completely opaque
- Applies smoothly with no flaws or shrinking
- Color is beautiful
- Relatively low price
Cons:
- Not as widely available as some other brands
Grade: A
Here is the finished product after adding some rhinestones:
